It appears that the overall cap has bee reached!
A sad day - but one which I was dreading & reason was pointing towards!
But CIC has still not confirmed if the application has been returned! They
Have asked for my email & mailed me a link to raise an enquiry with CIO Sydney, as they
Could not find my details on their system.
So in my heart there is a sliver of HOPE yet!
All 4214 applicants please update your status after calling CIC Call Centre.
As I have not till now seen a 4214 applicant reporting return of their application!
It's with a heavy heart that I check this forum now!

This is very Sad ! You are 22nd Dec applicant so cap shouldn't be the issue. I hope that you will apply under EE as soon as you get your package back. Please don't give up !

I filled my application on 23/12/2014

Haven't received any reply from CIC yet.

I made a little mistake in my application. I realized that after sending my application to CIO. after that i corrected that mistake in my application form page and i sent a scan copy of that page to CIO. I received an email on 27/02/2014 that they have accepted the scan copy of documents and attached with my electronic file.
Can any one guess about my case. It has been accepted or rejected.

Called up CIC. The lady on the other side after verifying the details told me the application has been returned. Reason she said is attached with the package only.

Actually I was totally shocked by this reply so could not ask any further questions before she disconnected.

A_new_life, pls share the contact for CIC they gave u because I m pretty confident that my application doesn't have any flaws.

The only problem was that my current employer did not mention job responsibilities in the reference letter. But I have not applied under that NOC.
There must be something else which I ll get to know once I receive my packet pack. Having my fingers crossed

I have already made my EE profile. Waiting for the package , if it has a UCI no., I have to include in my profile.

I had read somewhere in the forum that an application was rejected on useless grounds. CIC Agent reffered to a missing document but the document was already there in the application package and the applicant resend the application and then it was accepted.
If someone else has also read the post please forward me the part, so I may get in touch with that fellow and be ready for anything of that sort.

There is a separate thread for rejected applications. I don't know the exact name of the thread but I have seen it earlier. Please try to search with different keywords. You will definitely get a lead from there. All the best !
