Do we have to send hard copy of the IELTS result to CVO or only scan will do .

In case we have to submit the hard copy ......... to which address the same has to be couriered.

I am not sure, as my original ielts certificate was asked by my consultant as they says original must to be sent along with application.
I don't know about other members.

You need to courier the hard copy to Colombo
The exact address is mentioned at the bottom of the email you received from Colombo

send the original to CVO but keep a copy for yourself (for records purposes)

To my big surprise , Today afternoon i received Passport request....
I had a long traveling history of 8 countries (Working). They ask me each Police clearance certificate from these countries which i submitted in October last year after receiving a request from Colombo office.
