I have submitted PCC on 03 oct with all the required documents they asked from me.

They asked me recent employment letter, imm5669E & schedule A from me.

All these i have submitted on 3 oct

Do they ask these same things from you???

Guys th VO has asked for latest reference letter from my employer. While filing for PR I sent an self declaration of my employment n duties being performed. Now I asked my Regional Head to give me a letter mentioning my duties and working hours. But he refused to give it straight away. Kindly guide me what can b done now. I only have my latest salary slips and last years appraisal sheet which is system generated. Kindly guide, I am quite worried about this requirement from VO. A quick advice is highly appreciated.

It is mandatory you have to provide the recent employment letter as they asked from you.

Salary slips and all is not required by VO.

Request your manager for this last time.

I am also in the same boat.
APP Date - Nov 17
Per - Feb 5
AOR - March 18
2nd Line was earlier update for May 26 but a few weeks back it has now been revised to Jan 22.(I dont understand this how come they changed the date to Jan 22)
No MR yet.

They have not asked any additional document as of now.
But getting an employment letter from HR will be tough.
Can we also submit latest Salary Slips and Bank statement etc as proof if they ask same.

I've submitted all documents on 19th Oct. but they didn't asked this document.
Will they ask now?

Thanks Aman, I tried it once again asked my HR manager but he refused again. Is it possible if anybody else from my branch can give a letter to me.

Try sending a mail to CVO explaining your situation that you are unable to produce exp on company letter head due to your manager has refused,
Ask them is it fine if you give reference of your team lead or colleagues and in addition to that submit all documents what you are having for the present company.
