Hi All

I am in the process of sending the records of new born baby to CVO.
I want to know shall i send the hard copies through courier to CVO now or wait for the medical request as of now only second line got updated.
I have send the scanned copies of IMM0008 Form, Additional Dep form, payment receipt, Baby passport and birth certificate ,new proof of settlement funds and baby Pic to CVO.

A question for the expert.

I got MR & RFRP email today. One thing that i wish to confirm that whether these emails are auto generated or manually sent by VO.

i had sent all my documents like marriage certificate, photos, educational docs, PCC etc in March when my name got added to my wife's file post marriage. now this email today, they have again asked for these documents. Though i have asked the consultant to check & advice, is there anyone who could throw some light on this whether i should simply revert with Medical reports stating that above documents was already sent when my name got added in March'15.

Hi Guggu,

They do not require physical documents to add your newborn to your application and issue MR for him / her. I have sent physical docs and mailed the scanned docs to CVO for adding my newborn on the same day. On the very next day they have issued MR for him (my self & wife have already received and done our MR by then). MR mail for my son came before they actually received the courier for physical docs.

As you have applied in Oct and Oct applicants have started receiving MR requests, I think you should wait for 7-10 days for MR request for you and your family members (including the newborn). If you receive it you can send all the docs,e-Medical & RPRF reciepts togather.
In case you do not receive MR for next 7-10 days, it'll be better to send physical docs as per their requirement.

Hi Guys
I have a small Query. I have Got the PCC Request and I think it is going to take some time due to the working of our govt. Offices.
I just wanted to know if i send an email to the CVO, will they grant me an extension for submitting the PCC? I have already done the medicals and paid the RPRF Fee. I will also attach the acknowledgment slip from PSK for PCC.
