It depends on your application. Once you get ITA and fill in the info in your profile, you'll get a personalised list of documents you need to provide.

As a minimum you will need:
Language test certificate (IELTS etc.)
Education evaluation (from WES) plus a scan of your diploma
Police certificate (possibly more than one depending on your circumstances)
Medical exam
Letter from an employer(s) for which you're claiming points
Proof of funds
Scan of bio page of your passport and any pages which have stamps
Anything else you're claiming points for
Medical exams and police certificates for applicable family members

Again - this list will vary depending on your circumstances so this is just to give you an idea of what you may need.

Yes. And a translation by a certified translator if the document is not in English.

Hi folks
Hope you all doing well!!

I got the FSW ITA one month ago. I am currently in Canada working on a PGWP Open Work Permit for 2 years with the same employer. My job is not LMIA approved.

Q1) Do I require to show Proof of Funds ?
Q2) Is my job is considered as a Valid Job Offer ?
Q3) Is it okay if I go with FSW invitation or should wait for CEC ITA ?

1) I think you need to provide proof of funds since you were invited under FSW and what you have is not a job offer. Wait for others to confirm this. I may be wrong.
2) No.
3) I would go with the FSW ITA since there's no guarantee you will get a CEC ITA.

Why would you not go with a FSW draw? I mean, you got the ITA. Does CEC ITA comes in a strawberry flavor? Think about it, unless you misrepresented for FSW ITA, you have no reason to decline this ITA.

Also, there's no CEC ITA. That was a one time thing with CEC draws. C-19 could favour you, but we are unlikely to ever see a CEC specific draw.

If you have an ITA, you've an opportunity. Makes no sense to decline it.
