Do the categories under FSW change every year?
I only ask, because I am planing on applying under the Restaurant Management category, once I receive my certificate, but, the question is, will this category still be needed next year? I suppose we can apply again at the beginning of the year, once they have reached the it limit on applications?

Could I apply under the Provincial nominees? Am I even allowed to apply under both the FSW and the PNP at the same time? Or one after the other one, if the first one was rejected?

The second question of interest was whether or not one can apply under FSW and the PNP at the same time. I was wondering the same thing, understanding that you would have to secure a written job offer and all that goes with that, in order to apply under PNP.
Does anyone know?
