The million $ question that we have every week

There are only about 50-60k odd FSW apps in the backlog. The 562k includes all the other categories.Read this article:

PR backlog is 562,000 applications and IRCC is currently focusing on PNP outland only despite having many FSW applications with approved status. What I don't understand is why are FSW's not getting PPR when every stage is passed and the application is approved? Maybe they will cancel all FSW applications and focus on PNP and CEC only. 562,000 is just an insanely big backlog.

Honestly that is a question I wish I had an answer toYeah, but why do you think there are no PPR's for approved FSW applications? Some were asked for re-meds and they will also expire soon.
I completely agree on this, there is no way IRCC is going to clear 562k backlog, its just not possible unless they decide to spend 3 to 4 years. I think it is high time FSW aspirants look for alternate path ways or look for different destination altogether. We are fooling ourselves if we expect any progress on FSW stream.Read this article:

I have seen your post in a lot of places. Please take a look at the below discussion. As long as you have rectified your mistake thru the webform, you are good for now. Go through the below thread and you will know how people overcame their mistakes like yours.Re-post if anyone can Help
So Guys I had a pervious visa refusal which I forgot to mention. I inadvertently selected No where it asks that weather have I applied to IRCC before.
So I raised a web forum stating
This Webform is with respect to the mistake I made while submitting my FSW application.
In the form where it asks weather I have applied to IRCC before I inadvertently answered "No", I was under the impression that the question is regarding if I had ever applied to IRCC for a "PR application" therefore I selected "No". I misinterpreted it & figured that it did not include any applications for TRV for any country.
Though I did mention all my travel in my travel history column & I have uploaded all my TRVs with my passports.
Making correction "Yes" I have Applied to IRCC before & given below are its details
1. Applied for TRV for Canada with my whole family back in 2003 - Got rejection for TRV with passport no ********
2. Again Applied for TRV for Canada in 2003 - Got The TRV and visited Canada for three months with passport no ********
3. Because my family wanted to visit Niagara Falls, applied for a visitor visa for The USA from within Canada- Got rejection because the embassy wanted us to apply from our home country, with passport no ********
4. Applied for TRV for Canada in 2015 - Got the TRV & visited Canada for a month with passport no ********
5.Applied for TRV for The USA in 2016 - Got the TRV with passport no ********
6. Applied for TRV in 2019 - Got the TRV & visited Canada for a month & a half with passport number ********
I humbly request you to update my application.
I sincerely apologize for the error.
Thank You
So the question is, Was this enough ?
Any suggestions or advise would help ?
something wrong with me ? is there a 1% chance of cancellations like Quebec once didI completely agree on this, there is no way IRCC is going to clear 562k backlog, its just not possible unless they decide to spend 3 to 4 years. For sure. Also makes sense from IRCC's perspective us FSW's provide very little value to Canada from immigration/politics sideAgreed. In that 562k number, there will be categories like spouse, refugees, paper-based inland applications etc., which will always be given priority over any outland applicant. The only reason we are seeing PPR's for PNP outland is because a province has nominated them. I have a feeling IRCC will pull something nasty for in-progress FSW applications. There is absolutely no reason to not issue PPR's to approved FSW applications when they are issuing PPR's to PNP applications.
