FSW work experience - continuous employment?

Hey all,

We're applying through the FSW program this May based on my wife's experience as a social worker.

We've put together reference letters that prove over 2 years of full time experience as a social worker, but there are significant gaps between jobs and none of the jobs on their own were equal to or over 1 year in length.

I'm a little confused about the wording of the requirement for 1 year of "continuous" experience. Does this mean she needs to prove that she was at the same job for at least a year of full time equivalent work, or can we tally up her experience through a few different jobs?

Hi,

She doesn't need to be in the same job for a year, but my understanding is that there should not be gap between jobs. In other words, she need to have a period of at least one year continuous employment with no gap.
