Guys! I need help.

Since when I graduated in April of this year I've been working for at least 30 hours a week but recently I'm getting less than 30 hours a week due to the winter time. Does anybody knows if it will affect in my application when I complete the one year requirement for I be able to apply for FSW?

SIncerely

You will have to work for more than 1 year to accumulate 1560 hours in total. You will not be eligible with only 1 year.
FSW requires 1 year of full-time work experience, or equivalent of part-time.

Let's say that I completed 1560 hours in 12 month period ( working weeks more than 30 hours and weeks less than 30 hours), consequently I would be eligible as a 1 year of full-time work experience?

No. You can't claim more than 30 hours per week. So, a week with more than 30 hours = only 30 hours even if you worked for 50 hours per week.
To calculate your experience:
- a week with 30+ hours = 30 hours
- a week with x hours where x is less than 30 = x hours
