FSW with job offer, already in Canada with LMO and WP, how long does it take?

I have started my job in Canada a few weeks ago and plan to file application under FSW once the holiday season is over (to avoid the mail/package traffic at the post office). Currently I have a 3-year work permit, LMO was approved back in Aug. I wonder if there's anybody in similar situation(working in Canada with LMO and work permit, applying under FSW), and how long this type of application takes for each step. Your experience/stories are greatly appreciated

This is Gaurav. I am currently in Canada working as mechanical design engineer since last six month & going to file my FSW application next month after my CELPIP examination. I read your post of being in same situation & going to file FSW application in Jan 2013. Have you filed your application? What is the status of your application?
