How long does it take to get FSW approval ( with a job offer)

I am currently in the US, and the job offer ( at director level) I received is from a reputable company ( one of the biggest in Canada) with over 100 years of history. Right now I am waiting for my LMO and work permit, and I plan to start my PR application as soon as I move to Canada. How long would you estimate the process would take?
