If you don't have an AEO then you need to apply in a NOC from the 29 List. As in your case 1122.
If you have an AEO, then apply under FSW-2 with the relevant additional documents. It is helpful to an extent that you need not provide proof of funds. However their is no other apparent difference in the processing times or being sureshot. AEO cases are given some consideration to an extent that the applicant has already secured a job in Canada & will start earning from day-1. That way he will not be a burden on the state.
However past experience has shown that lot many people have paid huge sums of money to get fictious AEO's just to enter Canada & actually no job exists. So due to these fraudulent applicants the genuine one's suffer as VO's are these days extra vigilant with AEO applications.

Arranged employment takes more time than demand list obviously. If u go thru trackitt.com find the actual scenerio of application with job offer. I suggest for FSW1>PNP>AEO.
