FSW - Status

Hello guys,
I sent my FSW file in March, 2008 and received "B" number in August,2008. I checked my file status yesteday, it showed "We started processing your application on June 26, 2008. ".
My NOC is not listed in new 38 occupations list. Does this mean CIC process my application or return my application?
Any idea please?

Unless you were already living in Canada for a year or more or you had an AEO, they should return it.

I don't have those options, but I have already sent Alberta PNP application to CIC last month.

Can I withdraw my FSW application now?
