FSW score before and after EE submission (Age)

Hello, everyone.

I currently sit directly on 67 points. I turn 39 in September, and once that happens I will have 66 points. What happens if I submit an EE profile today, but only get an ITA after I have turned 39? Will the fact that, at 39, I no longer meet the FSW eligibility make me ineligible for the EE program and the ITA?

Yes. Your profile will turn ineligible if you don't receive an ITA before your birthday.

I would suggest that you try to get 1 extra point somehwere else, otherwise you will indeed no longer qualify after your birthday.

Just look at your language or education score and see if you can get the extra point somewhere else.
