Let's say I'm a translator working for one company full time. The thing is, as the nature of the job has it, they pay not on an hourly base, but on a project base so to speak (Polish umowa zlecenie). Therefore, although I work more or less the same amount of hours every week and month (and that's what my employer in the reference letter will confirm), the salary each month is different, as some clients have with my employer better deals than others, specialized projects have higher rates etc.
I'm apprehensive how CIC may evaluate it. I'd love to hear from people with similar experience. Thank you very, very much!
