FSW program - self-employed experience in Canada

Hello!
I am now in Canada with my working holiday visa. I am planning to work as a visual artist/artisan selling my artwork on Etsy (the biggest artisan website) and register a sole proprietorship business in Canada. Is this experience counted as a Job experience after one year if I pay the tax and provide everything it says (like T4 slip, income proof from a third-party ...etc) on the official website? The website doesn't mention the self-employed experience must be a foreign experience. Thanks!

It won't be quite that straight-forward.

You will need to somehow prove the work was full time. You will need to have a salary that aligns to this being full time work. That's the complication I see...
