FSW process -- alread waiting for 3 years

May I ask if there is any method I can use to speed up my process? I have been waiting for the result for almost 3 years !!
The latest update is made Aug 2022....
How can I urge the IRCC officials to process my case？

How far along are you in the process? What do your recent GCMS notes say? Have you had any additional information requests along the way?

There is no way you yourself can urge the IRCC official to speed up processing. The only way to do that is to hire an immigration lawyer in Canada to do a writ of mandamus to try to force IRCC to make a decision.

submission date is 2021/02/21 and the latest note @2022/07/25 said to grant a new medical certificate with a validity of 12 months bulabula
I don't been asked for additional info during this time

but the weird thing is, my medical will expire @ 7/25/2023 from GCMS note, but no one ask me to re do it
