If I moved to another country different than the one mentioned in PR application, is that going to affect any thing? Do I need to do something like change application form?

Inform the Visa office of your relocation, attach a copy of your passport showing the visa stamp/entry stamp at new country and request for your file to be moved to Visa country covering your new country of residence.
