HI EVERYONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT ON POINT CALCULATION

SSC REGULAR - 1997
DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL(3YEAR)REGULAR - 2001
HSC - 2002 (PART TIME)
B.COM - 2005 (3 YEAR) REGUALR

TOTAL TIME OF STUDY WITHOUT HSC IS 16YEARS.
CAN I CLAIM 22POINTS FOR DIPLOMA OR NOT?

FOR 22 POINT THEY WANT DIPLOAM(15YRS)

I would count it as 20 pts nd nt 22....my personal view

forget ur yrs of study......we don't know hw visa officers calculate our pts and assess total yrs of education

At least two-year university degree at the Bachelor's level AND at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study is counted as 20 pts

and Two or more university degrees at the Bachelor's level AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study is counted as 22 pts

U hve a single university bachelor's degree so its 20 pts

if u ask me dear....I find it very confusing , so let a senior member comment on it.....Its just my view that u would be awarded 20 pts ...bt m nt sure completely.....bt u think tis is the reason for refusal....

it should be the reason because my employer have not got any call.
