Is PCC required for all countries visited for holidays too..?

I have been in Oz for two years on a student visa, and I am sure that CIC would need a PCC from India as well as Oz but other than these countries I have visited countries like Thailand, Singapore, Germany etc. So was wondering if CIC needs PCC for them as well.

any type of abroad residence for more than 6 months, needs a PCC submission. so check on the countries where you have resided more than that time frame and submit the PCC.
