As promised, I'm sharing my GCMS notes that I just received. I had ordered it just 2 or 3 days before I got my PPR.
It is clear and confirmed now that for FSW outlands, when BG goes into progress it means that the file is ready for visa (FRV)
There are two notes that were added on 11/25 (the day my BG went into progress), and on 11/26... Both notes are pasted below
Interestingly, they checked company website to verify it's real..
