Hi guys,
i wanted to share my case. i applied for express entry on April 3, 2017 and then on June 7, 2017 my file was transferred to new delhi.
I am cec inland and my spouse is in India and when i called cic today they said my eligibility has passed by ottawa and after that my file was transferred and my criminality and security is not started. SO, if my file was transferred on june7, what could be cause for that long delay just for criminality and security. Do they take that long time. plz any views................thanks

Hi there,
Nothing to worry, all is good as Eligibility is clear.
It takes them only 2-3 days to clear criminality and security for normal cases. Most likely your file is gathering dust as of now and has not been opened by an Officer. New Delhi is very slow and cases for April are still pending, so you are waiting with other April folks, nothing abnormal here.
Order GCMS notes, to know exact details of your case, as you are above 180 day period already.

Yes, i already applied for my gcms notes on September15 and still waiting for them to arrive.

I called them again yesterday to clear the confusion. He said Ottawa had instructed Delhi to send the email. They don’t know whether or not delhi has sent it. He said when I called last week they had asked Delhi for clarification but haven’t received a response. Delhi has 30 days to respond. Asked me to call back after 15 days.

Also the last gcms notes I had ordered were generated on 1st September. If Delhi had sent me the email before the 1st of September would it be mentioned in the notes?

The support agent clearly told me that Ottawa has INSTRUCTED DELHI to send me the email. And if you see the notes the last activity is by the Ottaa Office.

I need help, experts please suggest, when I applied in express entry I showed $28000 cad in bank certificate but I required $22000 cad to be shown, now I HV around $ 23000 cad in my account. Can it effect my PR file, if cic verify
