FSW-O Re-medicals question

Hi,
I am an FSW-O with NOV 2020 AOR. According to my GCMS notes, my medical expires on Nov 2nd, 2021. I applied for my PR from the US (Country of Residence). Now, I am planning to travel to India for a vacation. My question is if IRCC requested re-medical when I am on Vacation in India, can I do medical in India and submit it? or Should I only do medical in the country of residence which is the US?
