FSW NOC Clarification

1. Is NOC 2134 for Chemical engineers still valid for FSW PR appln?

2. Can we apply if NOC 2134 is valid in AINP for Provencial category & once approved apply for FSW?

Not valid for FSW1

2. Can we apply if NOC 2134 is valid in AINP for Provencial category & once approved apply for FSW?

It is on the AINP list, only if you are an H1B applicant from the US otherwise you have to worked in Alberta.
