FSW NOC 0111

Hi All

I applied under FSW NOC 0111 in December 2014.
Got my PER 4th March 2015 but then received another mail stating my file transfer to Warsaw...!
No update after that... :'(
When should i expect medical ? if anyone can help!
Or if anyone can share their views/experience under this NOC.
