But that is not what I want....I want my application to get processed.

My wes eca shows my application sent on may 1st but no tracking number updated so far. I opted 1 day rush n international express. So u think they must have despatched or just updated sent on may 1st??

Yes thats what I thought!!! My spouse hasnt taken the IELTS, so I was planning not to claim points for him. No where does it mention that its mandatory for spouse to take the IELTS. it just says that in order to claim points for your spouse you need to submit their IELTS score...... it doesnot mention that application will be considered incomplete without this.....
 
Correct even i assume the same thing as they clearly mentioned if claiming points...Wat r u doing now???

I saw hookah bar that u asked on another thread if u shud wait for ur spouse's result or justy mail out your application...if you are exceeding the 67 point mark without claiming for this, I would send the application to ensure you meet the 300 deadline. Moreover, everywhere it just mentions ..."If claiming points for Spouse language proficiency, then we need to include the test results......"
