FSW - mismatching of NOC in the 4th digit. any chance to be accepted...?

i go the msg in my online status as

We transferred your application to the Sydney, Nova Scotia - C-50 office on March 11, 2009. The Sydney, Nova Scotia - C-50 office may contact you.

what could happen next though my NOC 0211 isnt in the 38 list. But both of them are belong to managerial post and almost same type of work requirement.
Actually i could apply on NOC 0213 but i found that 0211 match more but it doesnt mean that my background dont match with 0213.

Is there anyway that i can redirect my papers and ask to verify my paper under NOC 0213 not under NOC 0211 so that i can also be qualified?

You completed the form and claimed the NOC, if it is not on the list, it will be refused, you can't amend the form when it has been sent. You will have to re-apply.
