Hello, i have worked for one company for 1.5 year. But i took leave for one week in year end like start date 25 January, took leave in december, job end date 07 july. Otherwise is same noc, full time job 40 hrs/ week. Do i qualify for fsw [minimum eligibility criteria]. I hope someone can clear my doubt.

What are the dates and years?

January 25 - July 7 of the next year. If so that is a year of experience.

Took leave for one week 26 dec to 2 jan 2022
End date 7 july 2022
Was this for the same employer? Are you applying through CEC or FSW? FSW needs to be one year of continuous work experience and breaks are not allowed. A week off is not continuous and could be refused by IRCC.

Yes it is the same employer. I want to apply for fsw. Usually i use to get payed bi weekly with 80 hrs 40/40 per week. But on the year end i got payed for 3 weeks which is also 80 hrs will my hrs will adjust in that week like 30hrs/30hrs/20 hrs for the week off . I also have pay stub covers that week . My job letter says full time doesn’t mention any break.it just shows start date and end date..
Secondly, almost all companies are closed from Christmas eve to new year. Plz suggest what should i do?
