Hi All,

Does a wife of FSW applicant gets a conditional permanent status or regular status if they had a year of marriage when they apply?

If the wife gets a conditional permanent status, when does it lift? 2nd year after they married, or 2nd year after they both get permanent status?

There is no conditional PR status for FSW. Either you both get it or both don't get it. If CIC has any doubt about your marriage, both of you will be called in for an interview where you will have to prove the legitimacy of the marriage. If you pass it, both of get PR and if you fail it, neither of you gets the PR.

you both get PR or not...
