According to the GCMS notes that I got in December, eligibility was reviewed a few days before medical extension.

Dont you mind to share why review required?

They are reviewing the letter of employment for duties and the company has closed since I left.
The officer recommendation on the notes is to pass it, and my immigration lawyer said it will be fine, but I'm creeping out, of course.

got through to an agent today. eligibility hasn’t started yet. he said medical has been extended by one year, but it does not reflect on my account. it previously expired on november 15 2021. my aor is feb 2, last i checked vo was montreal, i forgot to ask today.

After thousand times trying to call IRCC, I got a hold of an agent today. No changes except Security is now "passed".
Eligibility is still as "review required" since November, which is what worries me the most.

Congrats - Security is usually the step that takes longest. Did you see a Ghost update when you Security status changed to "passed"?

I don't get ghost updates as it's my immigration lawyer who accesses my profile/gets emails. They only let me know if there's an actual update.
I got to know when I called IRCC Client Support Centre today.
The last time I called (about a month ago), the agent didn't mention security was passed, so I guess it's kinda recent.

I've applied to new GCMS notes, but it's taking forever to get them.

Security: Not Started
Criminality: ln Progress
Medical: Passed (Jan. 2021, ext. Nov. 2021)
Info Sharing: In Progress

Those are my last GCMS notes which I got in December.
Security wasn't started.

AOR: Sep 2020 — FSW inland with accompanying spouse
Eligibility: passed Nov 2020
Medical: passed Oct 2020, expired, passed again Oct 2021, reflected in my account Jan 10 2022
Criminality: passed Jan 11 2022 (GU)
Security: Not started
ADR: Schedule A for me and my spouse and military proof of exemption (due Feb 11 2022)
Jan 12 2022: ADR submitted and acknowledgment receipt was received by IRCC same day
Background check in my online account: showed non applicable since I submitted the ADRs
Feb 11 2022: Another Ghost update, but nothing new reflected into my account so far
