FSW Initial Application, Form Filling Guidence

I am filling the form for FSW, Please help me with these few points.

Form IMM 0008 (Main Form)

Point 5.
Your Country of Citizenship. My Answer: INDIA
Your Country of Residence. My Answer: SINGAPORE (Is this the right Answer)
(I am currently living and working in Singapore with my wife)

Point 14.
Your Mailing Address: My Answer: My SINGAPORE MAILING ADDRESS

Point 15.
Your residential address if different from your mailing address. What should be my answer here?

DETAILS OF FAMILY MEMBERS: (My Wife)

Education: Total Number of years of formal education.

She has done:
Class 12 = 12
BA = 3
MA = 2

BEd = 1
ETT (Elementary Teacher's Traning) = 2

What should be the answer here = 12+3+2=17
or 17+3 (BEd and ETT) = 20

Current Occupation:
What should be the answer here as She is a house wife.

Your full name written in your native language or script
What should be the answer here He name in English?

Point 10.
Education:
Elementary/primary school=5
secondary/high school=7
university/college=5(BA+MA) OR 8 (BA+MA+BEd+ETT)
Trade school or other post secondary school= 2 (ETT)

11. Personal History.
as she is not working and she has lived at one place in India her whole life till her marriage, what should i write here in the activity (unemployed) and what should come in Name of Company, employer school facility as applicable for the period she was at home (N/A)?

COUNT EVERY MONTH AND WRITE WHATEVER SHE WAS DOING FOR EXAMPLE STUDYIING, HOUSE KEEPING ETC AND WRITE N/A WHERE APPLICABLE

how you can type your name in Hindi in this pdf document, can i write it with PEN?

second, do we need to type CAP ON or we can Type Caps Off Like this.

1. type as much as you can electronically, then take a print out, and then write by hand your name in your native language with black pen.

2. write normal english alphabets the way it is correctly written e.g.;
CANADA VISA = bad example
canada visa = bad example
Canada Visa = good example

hope i am making sense here.

3. i personally think you wrote the education in point 10 correctly.

Should i fill the applications forms with “UPPER CASE” or “Title Case” or “Sentence case”?

doesnot matter if it typed or not must be clear and legible..i filled out my whole form by hand.

It depends on the space provided in one box.. try to fill in CAPS ON but if in any box u see there is less space u can use Caps but never use caps
