FSW for Compter Managers getting Rejected?

mine is 0213 noc, but they refused my PR just bcos i donot hjave settlement funds. Though mine is transfer case from buffalo to ND.ND never intimated about additional documents . When i emailed them as soon as i get AOR from ND. they replied Pending review by visa officer no action has tobe taken on ur end. i emailed them twice in june n july got the same result. I assumed that VO will intimate me as they said no action from ur end.
They just took the decision without any additional docs req . in the letter they just mentioned abt proof of funds.I crossed points hurdle also..

@donutbox: My work experience is very similar to yours. I have a BSc. degree in Comp. Science. I have 7 years experience in an IT company. I'm also officially categorized as "Engineer" (not manager) but my day-to-day activities would also certainly fit into #0213. I provided reference letters from all previous employers (3) listing these activities along with business cards and still the IO was not satisfied that I perform managerial activites as specified in the NOC list description for 0213. =(

I also applied under NOC 0213 last year, my status is still giving pending review. I 'd appreciate if you please give me some details of your friends who've been rejected... Sad I am worried too much! Could you please let me know as to when did your friends apply?
