Hi guys can anyone answer my query regarding cancelled application for FSW (federal skilled worker) in 2009, would it affect my present application for study permit? The reason for FSW cancellation- I wasnt able to provide all the requirements on time..then after 120 days..i received a letter that my application was closed. I have already my File Number for FSW..now i recently filed my STUDY Visa. pls any info is appreciated.. Does IRCC keeps my previous file/records from my previous FSW application?
