It is my desire to apply for the FSW program.Can someone please take me through the process. I have a Bsc from an international university. What are my possibilities of getting an ITA without a job offer? I will be grateful for your advice. Thank you.

If you do not wish to read through the application details on your own - then I would recommend you hire an immigration lawyer to assist you.

Whether you will be selected or not depends on the number of points you have under Express Entry. If you have 450 points or more - the chances of being selected are good.

No - it's not true. You need to spend some time reading through the detailed requirements.
