Hi People,
I'm stuck at this and hope someone can help. I'm trying to calculate my points for express entry under FSW. Inorder to qualify - I need 67 points to enter the pool.
On this page under adaptability,
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...on-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html#adapt
Its says,
"Your past work in Canada - 10 Points
You did at least one year of full-time work in Canada:
Employer 1 - Sep 4th 2008 to Nov 11th 2008 - Full Time - 30+ hours a week
November 27 2008 - I had to leave to my country for a family emergency and came back end of December 2008
Employer 2 - Jan 5th 2009 to Nov 4th 2009 - Full Time - 30+ hours a week
My Question
1. Will this be considered as one year full time work in canada?
2. Since I had a break for more than one month, will that be an issue?
3. This is within the last 10 years, will that be still considered?
Someone please advice. Thanks much.
