1. Does the Educational Credential Assessment and the Language test result have to go directly to CIC or do I input that information myself when setting up the CEC Profile?

2. Do I need reference letters from my past jobs with, job descriptions? If so who should it be addresses to?

1. Does the Educational Credential Assessment and the Language test result have to go directly to CIC or do I input that information myself when setting up the CEC Profile?
When you create your EE profile, you enter the reference numbers for your reports. CIC can then access your reports online, directly from the providers.

2. Do I need reference letters from my past jobs with, job descriptions? If so who should it be addresses to?
Yes.
"To whom it may concern" is pretty standard.
