I have an AEO, it was issued 2/23/2009 and it is stated here that it will expire on feb 23 2013. Now i want to take that chance and I'm applying under FSW 2 before the cut off of June 30 as per CIC website..Should I go ahead with this plan or wait for the new Ministerial instruction on July 1? I have concern though that my NOC which 1122 will not be included ( we wouldn't know) in the new plan for July 2012. Do you think guys that i should submit it now before the cut of June 30? I need your advise.

You are lucky to get an AEO with 4 yrs validity. The new ones issued are only for 2 years. But the main question will be, Is your job offer still open from your employer? If yes then go ahead and apply without wasting anymore time. The ministerial instructions do not affect applications with job offer. You are lucky to have one, please use it.

Hope you can answer my question this is kind of urgent..do you need to submit anything with regards to proof of funds if you have an AEO..i read in the cic website that you don't have to meet the required proof of funds, right? but how much would be sufficient? we are a family of 5 would 5000CAD would be enough...We don't have that much cash right now but we have properties that we intend to sell when we receive our VISA..I need you feedback guys....thanks a lot

Btw, I belong to the same category.

They say that having an AEO would somehow expedite processing but I dont think it works for everyone, so for those who belong to this category, could you share updated timeline please. Thanks

Hi, We applied for FSW with positive AEO on03/04/2012, the CIC tried to swap the credit card but there was some issue, so now a DD has been sent . But uptil now no further communication is done. Is it normal ?

p.s we have sent all the docs required by CIC .

Hello guys

I got positive LMO in august 2011 and I filed my Permanent Residence Visa application in October 2011. I got AOR in Decmeber 2011 and Fingerprinting Request in Feb 2012 from Buffalo. Since then nothing changed and I am waiting and waiting. My visa office is CPP-Ottawa. Also, I have one complication in my case which is that I stopped working from the time I got LMO approval due to some company's problem. I did not pay any tax to the govt for past 1 year and now I am getting another LMO approval. Will this situation can create any trouble to my case processing? Can CIC reject my case on this behalf or they will take into mind that I have new approval now??? I have valid status till oct 2013. Please give advice guys.
