FSW - Cat 1 sched 3 query - proofs now or later?

It's mentioned in EG7 that only the following need to be supplied

GENERIC
SCHEDULE 1 (self + spouse)
SCHEDULE 3
Additional Family Information (self + spouse)
Draft of CAD 1250 (550 self + 550 spouse + 150 dependent child)

But, in schedule 3, it is mentioned to provide proofs for certain things e.g.

Q6) I don't plan to give IELTS now, since I would require only 8-9 points in tIELTS to qualify and I hope for a waiver. Should I provide "evidence for proficiency in English" along with the application or on request at a later stage.

Q8) I wave worked full-time in Canada for over 9 months.so, the answer goes "Yes". As such, since the duration was less than 1 year, I cannot claim points for that but, still as per the guide, the answer here should be Yes. The question is - "The evidence needs to be provided now or when the details are asked for?"

for initial application to sydney, ns. you don't send any supporting documents.
send only forms, address labels, photocopy of applicant's passport and payment.

answer yes but all evidence and documents to prove the points you are claiming will be submitted during to visa office stage. after sydney ns has approved your application for further assessment by your visa office.
