FSW: Can i apply after 120 days

Dear All,
I have a query and would really appreciate if someone can gudie me well.
I applied for Canadian FSW immigration in Nov 2009.. i waited till start June 2010 for reply and then send a letter to NS office..after 2 weeks they informed me that they had already send me an email on 12 Jan 2010 with positive assesment with 120 days timeline.
I think i got that email in my junk folder and deleted by mistake.
So as after 120 days time can i send them my documents.
Please give me your feedback and guidence.

u can not send application after 120 days deadline is over.
they r very strict with 120 days deadline.

If you had trouble meeting the 120 days, for example, you had some delay obtaining documents, you could appeal to them to extend the deadline due to circumstances beyond your control.

But to them you pretty much ignored their communication, they had no correspondence from you, and your application file was probably closed. You will most likely have to submit a new application.

If you can find some way to argue that you never received their e-mail. I find it hard that they will send an e-mail and not a regular letter mail as well, as e-mails are easy to get lost or deleted.

Thanks alot for ur detailed feedback.
FSW NS office didnt send me anything through post and the email im not sure whther i deleted or didnt get at all..I send them a postal letter and an email too on 5th of May, which was before the 120 days deadline date i.e 15th of May 2010.But they only replayed to me day before yesterday.
Today i have send them my whole docs mentioning about the email correspondence.
would you like to comment on what would they say as i contacted them before the deadline.
