FSW APPLICATION MAILING QUERIES

I sent FSW application via DHL courier on below address as per CIC guidelines,

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category, Offer of Arranged Employment category or PhD category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada

but DHL uses a third party service to deliver the shipment locally, n that third party courier service seems to have delivered my file to post box address below,
