FSW application from Saudi Arab

I have a quick query. I am a resident of Saudi Arab bearing nationality as Indian. I am applying for FSW to Canada. Which office do I need to select while filling up the form IMM 0008. As in the website it is mentioned as below:

Office responsible for processing applications:

Immigrants: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates*
Visitors: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Workers: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Students: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

*Economic Class applications are processed in London, United Kingdom

So I am confused whether to fill up as Abu Dhabi or London office in the form. Please help me.

i was searching at another thread, now i know LONDON VO for FSWP to canada.

Could you please advice, i am expecting to put my application at last NOV-2013, so it would be consider within CAPS?
