My friend want to apply for FSW application under medical technologists category . He has everything ready including WES document. He got married in January 2014. and have applied for his wife's passport but it may take another 30-45 days before they get the passport and since the applicatins will be taken upto April 30 and also so far around 3900 out of 5000 applications have been completed. He want to apply ASAP so that the quota does not fill.
what you sugest:
1. Should he apply alone and once gets PR then sponsor his wife?
2. Wait for getting passport of wife ( time may run out in this case)?
3. Include wfie's name in application but write an explanantion letter saying that the wifes passport is not ready yet and they will furnish it once they get it. Will CIC consider such application without missing passport details?
