FSW Applicant | Quick Queries

Hello awesome people,

I have a couple immediate queries about applying to Express Entry via FSW category.

Background | Presently on a Study Permit,
Completing 1 year graduate certificate in December 2018, after co-op semester (Sep-Dec 2018)
1.5 years of Work Experience (India) and a B.Tech degree.
IELTS General score (CLB9)

I just received a Permanent Job offer for IT Business Analyst, which I plan to sign and start working Full Time Sep 2018 onward.

Queries
1. Do I get points in FSW grid (six-selection-factors) and CRS for having a permanent job offer ?

I have no clue how to find out about the LMIA thing "supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or exempt from needing one"

2. Can i apply to Express Entry via FSW if I am present in Canada ? Or Would I only be able to apply via CEC ?

1. No. Your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA in order for you to be able to claim job offer points.
2. Yes. You can apply to Express Entry via FSW from within Canada.
