FSW and Express Entry

Hi,

I just put my EE profile live (without my spouse degree points as educational assessment is not completed)

I have received a message that i met all requirements for FSW. When i looked into that in detail apparently 67 score is minimum to be considered for FSW but i have 75 score.

I am not clear how FSW will work, will i be called/nominated. Please help elaborating the process. Thanks

You have to have at least 67 points under the FSW points system to qualify for EE. Since you have 75 points, you have more than enough points to qualify. Whether you are selected will depend on how many points you have under the EE system. Right now you need to have 450+ points to be selected. No - you will not be called/nomincated out of FSW - you will be called/nominated out of EE. So what matters now is how many EE points you have.

Our cumulative points will be 403, i know to less, are expecting provincial nomination.

Please note we have a valid Job offer in Ontario and we are in possession of signed contract, will that help us in any way?

It's of no help for the pure EE/FSW stream. Job offers are generally pretty meaningless without an approved LMIA. I can't comment on OINP.
