If one gets a PR via PNP Ontario how easy/difficult it will be to move provinces later? Is there minimum number of years I would need to stay in Ontario before moving out?

Also how much is processing time for FSW inland PR? In general for FSW I do see its about 27 months as per website. But not sure if it is same for inland as well?

If you read the forum threads you'll see that most are getting processed within 3-9 months.

There's no written minimum number of years you need to stay in Ontario. Before you get your PR status/land, if they find out that you didn't even bother to try to settle in Ontario, they might revoke your nomination certificate/deny entry at the border. After you landed with PR status, you technically have the right to live anywhere in Canada. However, they might come after you for misrepresenting your intent to live in Ontario, in which case your PR status can be revoked. If this happens you'd have to gather documents to prove that your intention to live in Ontario was true, e.g. job interview records/health insurance/driver license etc
