FSW 2014 Reject reasons

Hi,
I have a question,
I got rejected from PhD stream because job duties don't match with NOC, (although they are almost copy/past!!!). So I was wondering if it makes sense to change my duties and again apply under another stream of FSW with my work experience, I've heard that if I change my reference letter they think that it's fake and will reject it, does any have similar experience?

Hello Friends,

I have applied under NOC 2171 and my application reached CIC on 15 July 2014. However, I have found out right now that I mistakenly did not send the second page of WES report. My package only included page 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 is missing (stupid of me).

What can I do in this case now? Are they going to send my package back?

If the second page was important and had some important info, they are likely to send the package back as they need everything original. there have been cases rejected bcz of no WES report. lets hope

Well both the pages do state my Final evaluation like "Diploma TWO years" at the top; however, in the description, the first page states my "Intermediate Education" and the second page states my "Graduation". The latter was missing in the package .

I am sorry but your application might be on the way back. It's very unlikely they might compromise there request of Original WES Report, however having said that i feel there might be a slight possibility that they can request and see an online copy of it through WES. Very minor chance though, hope you somehow get lucky.. Did you sumbit copies of degrees along with it...

Yes, I did send all of my Degrees along with transcripts. Let's see if I get lucky in this case since the first page does mention the Final Evaluation :'(.

can u please explain what was the mistake in bank statment?

in this fsw 2014, u odnt have points for settlement funds. i think u can apply now. but the point is will u explain this with cover letter.

Mistakes was send a copy instead of original and bank had a big mistake in opening date of account.
the Visa office want from to send update documents like police certificate and bank statement and so on when I sent all of them I think they found that mistake and think the last one was fake . The story is simple but they couldn't understand it they change our life way with this mistake decision .

If your ECA report spans 2 pages then it looks like they have received an incomplete package. This is assuming that you are not referring to the covering letter that an applicant receives along-with the ECA report.

Hi all,

Submitted photocopies of translated and notarized documents along with the application instead of originals. Came to know that this most probably might cause return of my application. In process to submit them as additional docs to CIC as a last resort. Past guys who had same case and got PER please notify me. Thanks and Best Regards.

Notarized translated documents have to be submitted in original. Please post this in the FSW 2014 timeline and people with similar issues may be able to provide you with an advice.

I am Iranian, and I sent my application to CIC at June 1, now they cashed Credit card.I apply for my fiance as a Common law partner. and provide a joint bank account certificate which its opening date is about 3 years ago.the problem is that, Partnership is not legal in Iran,I heard that CIC may reject my application, due to this issue.
Is there anyone who have any information about partnership and its effect on acceptance or rejection due to applicant's country rules?
Please help me.

For your CC to have been charged, It means that your documents have been accepted. Relax
