I am a FSW Inland applicant and I just received a letter from CIC, asking for Schedule A form.

In the letter they asked for: “Complete question 6 and ensure you provide details for those questions to which you answered YES.”

Should I fill the whole form (with information that I already included in my EE profile) or I need only to fill question 6?

Ps. I applied for a study permit in October 2014 which was refused due to lack of financial proof. Reapplied and received a study permit and co-op work permit in January 2015.

Hi Guys,

In my OINP application I submitted a bank statement which is only in my husband's name (dependant/spouse) and a copy of our marriage certificate. I was contacted by an officer to provide another document and she did not make mention on the bank statement. My file has since been forwarded to a senior officer for a decision.

I was just doing some reading on CIC's website and I saw a requirement for submission after being issued an ITA is to submit an official bank letter and it must be in the applicant's name. Has anyone ever submitted and gotten through with PR after submitting a bank letter only in the spouse's/dependant's name? Does anyone have guidance on this?

I receive medical letter for me and my family ... need to do within 30 days. As yesterday my family travel Pakistan and I am in Khobar. Is it posible that they will do medical in Pakistan and I will in khobar ....?
Is there any issue or is it acceptable. my visa office london and officer is BWJ

they give me 30 days and 4 things all in one short and u know in KSA ramdan mean all off....

Any one had any idea about how to get medical in Khoabr or dammam.. I heck there 3 centers in Dammam but which one is better and cheapiest with online result service.

Most important give us appointment as early as possible..

SITE VISIT: Guys, need your suggestions.

From Canadian High Commission a group of investigators came. At first they called me, when I was outside of my office at my site. Then they went straight into the office. They asked in detail and my deputy manager replied accordingly. When they asked for my visiting card, in the beginning my colleagues couldn't find but later they tracked and gave it to them. They wanted to see my desk but my colleagues couldn't show because my office was locked. Therefore they could not see my salary sheet. When the inquiry was over, I texted that Canadian person who called and asked whether I could talk. He replied to my text as "no need, no problem". Any idea what can be happened?
