Hurrray yaaaaaaaaaaaay i got my COPR and MAPLE LEAF silver stamp on my Passport, i got lot of info and updates from this forum, thanking you all and wish you a wonderful life in CANADA, i ve been waiting for this day since 10months, now the waiting is ended for visa, im very happpy now that i got PR of CANADA, i wish you all happy journey and have wonderful career in your dream destination, bye bye all

my employer didnt get any call.but KKB is a good VO and after your medical, you will be issued PPR within a month

Friends,

I am really concerned about current situation on refugees from Syria. God help them.

Can it negatively affect application processing of those who are still waiting for PPR? There are articles and calls for Canada to increase refugee immigration tolls which may cause European VOs attention switch from FSW2014.

Today, I saw another article about syrian and iraqi immigration. Canada Immigration Minister, Chris Alexander committed to accept and settle 10,000 refugees from Syria and Iraq by the end of 2015. He also said that visa offices are working hard in order to meet this committment.

At the same time I noticed sharp decrease in number of PPRs from Paris Visa office this week which can be tracked in Iranian spreadsheet.

Fsasamir, I thought the same. There is no activity on Bucharest visa office regarding the fswp2014 since April. The last months they have worked with older Quebec applicants. But it seems that they have finished the session and now i have the same fear as yours... we can wait forever ...

Hello, I have applied on Nov 12, 2014. My PER date is 04 Feb, 2015. My NOC is 0112 and my VO is KKB and I have applied form Karachi Pakistan.

On September 04, 2015 my employer got verification call afterwards I have not heard any new from my VO. I am really very tensed. Any feedback or guidance will be appreciated

It is the result of turtle processing. My application have already been with CIC for approx.310days and still nothing. They are prioritizing express entry, refugee immigration and seems like nobody cares about those who are stuck from 2014. God give us all patience.

Hello Everyone,

I am a 0911 FSWP 2014 Applicant

App Date: 10 Nov 2014
PER: Feb 10, 2015
AOR: Mar 13, 2015
VO: SGVO

I got SLU on 28 Aug with everyone else of SGVO. It said they started processing on Mar 13, as like my AOR date. Today, almost everyone of SGVO got their Processing date back tracked. Mine now says Processing Started Jan 20.

Its very weird. Any idea about this? Any one from other VO experienced same?

Every VO did this change. I think it is global from CIC. For those whose SLU is backdated the PER, there is no change. For those with SLU after the PER it becomes now uniform to the backworders


For exemple: on 26th of Aug my SLU appeared with date 01.04 2015. According to my gcms notes that was the date when VO received my paper application kit from CIO. Now my 2nd line says: 16.01.2015. According to my gcms notes that is the date when CIO opened my file.

By the way I am still waiting for MR.

Hi Experts,

I have applied under FSW 2014 and will be getting visa next week. My employer is giving me intra company transfer to Montreal office. I have read in different forums that I can't directly land in montreal(quebec region). However, I can land in some other region lets say Toronto and then can move to Montreal after getting SIN from Toronto and starts working there.

Please suggest If above is true else what needs to be done to work from Montreal?
