Hello, I am in similar situation and have the PCC in my wife's current name. How have you added maiden name ? On checking with the Commissioner's office I understand PCC in her maiden name before marriage cannot be issues as passport is in new name. Seniors please help ASAP.

I didn't know where to pose this question. I hope I can find an answer here: Is it necessary to provide a translated national ID copy along with the PR application or just a copy of the original ID as it is, if any?

My timeline..
Application received: 10th Dec 2014
PER Recieved: 27th Feb 2015

File is at warsow office. I have asked them to include my spouse as I am getting married soon. They hve asked for few documents. I have replied back that please don't put my individual file on hold as my marriage date is not fixed. After that I didn't get any reply from them. Feeling worried. Please suggest when can I expect MR?

hi all

I filed my application in November..CIC received my file on 17th novemeber.n i received my PER on 5th Feb..Since then I have not heard anything..I am continuously checking my status on CIC website it shows only the first line "we received your file on 17th nov".

I want to know that I have not received any mail regarding the AOR or VO...i have no idea where my file has been transferred I am from New Delhi.My consultants are not answering me properly..What should I do I am getting really tensed now..Please suggest something..

Why don't you call CIC to ask them where your file has been transfered?

Congrats for your PCC. I am also Kuwait resident but my visa Office is London which now a days is super slow.

Hello

I am about to do my medical and send pcc and copies of passport pages.

I just want to ask if I am meant to photocopy each page in my passport even the pages are blank, without any visa or travel stamps ?

Or should i only photocopy the pages that have stamps and visa on ?
My passport is jumbo size and still fairly new, so many unused pages. should I still photocopy those pages ?

You can ask them to write your wife's name as "Neha sharma former name Neha gupta" and then issue the PCC. I am trying to get one in this format but still not sure if i will get it. If they dont, then i am planning to send an affidavit that confirms that both these names belong to the same person and inform them that we cannot get a PCC with her former name as authorities wont comply.

Is it necessary to do so? i also applied with single's passport, now i have sent all passport copies and covering letter that new passport reissued to get pcc from india.
my courier will reach warsaw today .. bit nervous now

Not required if they didnt specifically emailed you to get the PCC with your wife's former name? I received that request that is why i am still trying.
