First of all congratz to everyone for receiving PER. I am bit concerned coz my application reached CIC on Nov 03, 2014...NOC 1212. DD Charged on Jan 08, 2015. No PER yet. Why applicants upto Nov 28, 2014 receiving PERs and not Nov 03, 2014. Am I out of the game. Plz advise :'(
